FH6 Barn Find Locations: Complete Guide to All 15 Hidden Cars
How Barn Finds Work in FH6
Barn Finds return in Forza Horizon 6, but the unlock system has changed significantly from previous games. Instead of progressing through Horizon Festival events to reveal barn locations, FH6 ties Barn Finds to the **Discover Japan** side progression track.
This means you could reach the Gold Wristband in the main campaign and still only have one or two barns on your map. To unlock all 15, you need to engage with Discover Japan activities — street races, touge battles, photography challenges, mascot collections, and food delivery missions.
Each Discover Japan stamp you earn reveals a couple of barn locations. Reach all seven stamps and achieve **Master Explorer** status to unlock every Barn Find in the game.
Once a barn appears on your map, drive to the marked area, locate the barn structure, and a cutscene plays showing the car being discovered. The vehicle is then taken away for cleaning and restoration. After a short wait, you will receive a notification that the car is ready in your garage.
How to Unlock All 15 Barn Finds
Barn Finds appear in a random order, but the cars inside each barn are always the same. Here is the unlock progression:
1. **Start Discover Japan missions** — Street Racing and Touge events build XP on this separate track.
2. **Complete collection tasks** — Photography spots, regional mascots, food delivery, and car collection objectives all contribute stamps.
3. **Earn 7 Discover Japan stamps** — Each stamp unlocks 1-3 new barn locations and a new house available for purchase.
4. **Reach Master Explorer status** — The final tier unlocks the last remaining barns, completing the set of 15.
